Information submitted through that form is handled by the form service and made available to our team to respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit sensitive health or payment information unless specifically requested through a secure process.
This site uses essential session cookies for form security and administrator access. It does not include advertising trackers. Contact us by phone to request access to or deletion of an inquiry. We delete inquiries when they are no longer needed.
Appointment & Cancellation Policies

Appointment Policy
When calling for an appointment, you'll be asked for your credit card information to hold your spot. We take pride in arranging specific times for our clients. Out of respect to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. Call ahead if you anticipate a delay upon arrival for possible adjustments in your scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists' time, we have adopted the following policies:
- 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
- If you are unable to give us 24 hours' advance notice, you will be charged for 50% of your appointment.
- No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their missed appointment.
